Join us as a Tree Corps volunteer by helping to care for the trees in historic King Park!

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to help care for the beautiful trees at historic King Park in Newport, RI. As a vital part of our community's heritage, these trees require regular attention to ensure they remain healthy and vibrant for generations to come. Whether you have a green thumb or simply a love for nature, your efforts will make a significant difference in preserving this cherished space. Join us in keeping King Park a lush and welcoming place for all!

No experience necessary, come get to know Tree Corps. Want to join us more regularly? Each week, we will be caring for Newport's city trees by mulching, pruning, and watering as needed. Volunteers are needed weekly for this recurring opportunity to make a difference in Newport's urban forest. Volunteers receive NTC T-shirts. Tools will be provided.

Please dress for the weather. Bring your own water, gloves and snacks. No open-toed shoes.
